Is there a deposit required?  Yes, $500.00

How long is the lease?  1 year or 6 month

When is rent due?  Rent is due on the first of every month.  Rent will be prorated if tenant does not move in on the first.  Example: If you                                            move in on the 15th you will be responsible to pay deposit plus half of first months rent.

Are shorter lease terms available?  We will work with special situations. 

Will I be responsible for rent for the entire year if I decide to move out early?  Yes, you will be responsible for an                                                          entire year rent upon signing lease

Does rent include any utilities?  Yes, rent includes water, sewer, and garbage.  Electricity can be included for an extra $100/month                                                which will eliminate need for deposit to AEP.

Is internet available?  Internet is available.

Are pets allowed?  No

How do I secure one of the units?  First, you need to fill out residency application.  You can download from our website.  We will review                                        application.  Upon approval, to secure unit you must give $500 deposit and pick out your unit.
